Do not plug HP into Computer first


  1. Enable first Developer Mode> USB Debugging and OEM Unlock.
  2. Start Odin3-vX.X.exe.
  3. Select / click PDA and then select file of CF-Auto-Root - **** tar.md5).
  4. Turn off HP and go into download mode, how: Turn on HP by pressing the Volume Down + Home + Power button simultaneously and continue with Continue.
  5. After entering Odin Mode, plug HP into Computer and make sure it is recognized in Odin application.
  6. What to check is: Auto Reboot and F. Reset Time, other than that DO NOT.
  7. Click START and wait for the process to run, it will automatically reboot itself.
  8. To make sure HP is rooted please check whether existing SuperSU application is installed or can also install Root Checker application in Google Play Store.
